Cancellation Policy
By booking a service with Nowa Carwash, you agree to the following terms: Vehicle Access Customers must provide accurate vehicle information, including make, model, color, license plate number, and location. The vehicle must be parked in a safe and accessible location during the selected service window. Service Window Our team will make every effort to arrive during the selected service window. Arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other operational factors. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for SUVs, trucks, oversized vehicles, or additional services selected during booking. Cancellations Bookings may be canceled free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled service window. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before service, or situations where our washer cannot access or locate the vehicle, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, snow, ice, or high winds. Vehicle Condition Our standard waterless wash is designed for normal dirt, dust, pollen, and road grime. Vehicles with excessive mud, construction debris, or unusually dirty conditions may require additional charges or may be declined. Existing Damage Nowa Carwash is not responsible for pre-existing scratches, dents, paint defects, rust, or other damage present before service. We may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and documentation purposes. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your concern and may offer a touch-up, account credit, or other resolution at our discretion. Liability Nowa Carwash's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
